Update to fire

It is 70% contained as of this morning's paper. The folks who were evacuated have been allowed to go back to their homes. The fire fighting conditions have been difficult as the winds are erratic and the temperatures have been over 100 dgs each day, but they are confident that they have got it mostly out, though still on the alert for flare ups.
