Notice the robotic response of the train personnel. "He was told three times..." when it was apparent he had no idea of what the request was. If I was told something in Japanese and then taken to task due to non compliance, I'd be really mad. This poor guy.
One of the problems with being so against someone or something is that suddenly you find yourself to be worse than your enemy. What happened to hospitality to visitors?
